Hey, happy new year people!！！！So is there anyone of you celebrate ur NY by having some countdown party? Look at what I'm doing right now then you know Im still celebrating my new year with my lecture notes (but now dy gv up, going to sleep in a short while). Just a quick up date to tell you Im having exam month and yesterday was my first paper. Glad that we dont have any paper on first of january (God, i know you love me). Thou couldnt hv new year celebration but at least no exam right?

okay, thatz all for tonight. Gotta sleep now, wish we'll hv a wonderful 2013. BYE.

Christmas Gifts

I guess Santa Claus heard what I said in my previous post?? As I received more Christmas presents this year compare to the previous years. Haha, kinda syok sendiri...
This year gonna be a very memorable year for me. Because lots of things have been done, lots of gifts and wishes I've received, and of course love and care from people around me. I really appreciate and cherish everything that others gv me, in term of memory, laughter, smile, gift, etc. Lets just hope that next year will be another AWESOME year for me and people around me.

Before I get back to study, here are pictures of my Christmas gifts!

Lastly, the Starbucks tumbler and the x'mas edition member card that my mum and my sister gt for me as my Christmas present! They said this is the last Christmas edition tumbler in Kuching, the one and only left, as most of the tumblers were sold out before Christmas Day! Wtf! But ya, Imma a lucky girl, so thanks MOM! I like my first Starbuck tumbler!

疯子和室友的对话 #1

这几天一直都在努力的吭书，绝对的发奋图强。但是总有压力的时候。而压力爆发了就有以下的对话：

 
疯子：室友呀，我现在整个早上都在看人家部落客夫妻几恩爱，几幸福。

室友：是咯~ 看了以后就要回来面对现实了。

疯子：haiz~ 看见人家那么的幸福，

但是我却要回来面对现实 （指读书）实在有点不甘愿。

室友：哈哈~ 我看是是不是要去外面淋一身的雨让自己清醒点，才会比较甘愿回来？（外面是下着倾盆大雨，还是一整个星期的大雨）

Winter Solstice

Just a quick update to wish everyone, especially my love one (family and friends) Happy Winter Solstices and enjoy ur tang yuan!

Received this gift from friend, thanks so much! By the way, I hv my tang yuan like THREE times this year! gosh! Cant imagine if it is really like what my mum used to told me (if u take one tang yuan then it means that u grow 1 year older), then I think now I am 81620362 times elder then my actual age. But who care??!! haha....

Last Christmas in Kelantan

Hello peeps, I know I've been MIA for few months. Somehow, I just getting lazy to update my blog as I know I dont hv any follower, hence, no pressure being putting on me and motivate me to write my blog.

Apart from that, I guese most of you already sick of my life diary in Kelantan as things I wrote keep on repeating and it is just like a life cycle. It seems like not gonna end and maybe will never ever end？？ Thats one of the reason why I not updating my blog for such a long period of time...I believe non of you wanna read if I write about my classes, my lab report, my lecturer, my practical, etc.
Ow ya, regarding my practical, I've came back from Wakaf Tapai, Terengganu since 6th of December. I do enjoy ever single moment in FRAM Terengganu, and now I miss my 4-days hostel in FRAM. Thank God that our team were managed to find out the cause of fire during the fire investigation. Everyone tought that we got the toughest scene of fire among the three scenes given, but actually it was the easiest one out of the three (according to my lecturer), but for me, it still a new challenge to all of us.

Ooppss, seems like I've dragged my story far away from what I'm actually wanna share with all of you. It was actually the Chrismast Night Event in USMKK. I guess this gonna be my last chrismast in Kelantan, as next year I'm going to Cheras!!!! Yeay!!! It's like finally I can have a real christmas celebration. Anyway, I've attended this xmas event for the third time, and every time there must be some surprises and good memories. Here are some photo I took after the event

在家的日子

在还没有更新关于曼谷的文章前，我想先写写一些关于这一一个多月来我回到古晋的生活。回家啊就难免的事吃吃喝喝，这次当然也不例外。但是这次的长假和以往的不同，在于这一次呢我并没有打工，所以当然是少了那种朝九晚五的生活。可是放长假不打工又呆在家里那岂不是有度日如年的感觉？？

所以呢像我这种静不下来的人当然是要找一点东西做做，打发打发时间咯～ 所以假期就乖乖的呆在家里当‘家庭煮女’，每天准备三四道菜。大致上都是些简单的菜肴，不难做；所以大家有空也可以动手做做看。

  这道酱油鸡挺简单的，只是时间较长。如果你家有砂锅的话有砂锅来焖比较简单，因该也很入味啦。材料：蒜米切碎，香菇切片/四分一/整颗，鸡肉（半只），黑酱油/老抽，生抽/酱清，白糖，料酒

将鸡洗干净抹干水分再用盐腌最少30分钟（如果懒惰这个步骤可以省略）
烧热锅放2匙油 ，放入蒜米炒香，再放入鸡肉略炒至淡黄色，再放料酒一小匙或半匙，再把鸡炒至金黄色。
接着加入生抽一汤匙，老抽两汤匙，再不停的帮鸡上色，火可以开小一点。当然这是也可以加入香菇。
然后加两碗水和适量的糖，再用大火煮滚，然后转小火慢慢焖大约30分钟。期间可以加水和老抽/生抽再调到自己喜欢的浓度
当鸡肉完全入味就大功告成啦！

再分享多一个也是我的最爱，芋头饭，用来搭配肉骨茶最好不过了。
材料也不是很复杂：芋头（多少就看你自己喜欢，我用半粒），虾米，鸡精（浓缩×2匙的或鸡精快×1），虾米适量切碎，米（我煮了四杯），蒜头适量

先把米洗干净，再把米水倒入事先准备的碗里等待会儿使用（这可以避免煮出来的饭烂烂的）
芋头切丁再过油，待用
放入油把蒜米还有虾米爆香，再放入过了油的芋头
接着把米加入，小火翻炒
这期间加入鸡精，一点点胡椒粉，翻炒均匀后放入饭锅里，再加入刚才的米水去煮。
就这样香喷喷的芋头饭就可以上桌啦！

Bangkok Trip Day 1

难得现在放假，我也是时候来交稿了，免得又被我那双生姐妹给投诉。
其实我了了解，这篇文章价值就是过时了，如果各位有看我的Twitter和面子书就知道我其实是在今年的四月就去了泰国曼谷度假旅游，结果呢现在已经是八月了，我还是没来加稿。
听起来呢也好像是有点不对是吧？ok,那我也不多做解释，免得又说解释就是掩饰。

这一趟去泰国也得感谢亚航，不然呢我也不可能可以买到这么便宜的飞机票来实行我的背包旅行计划。这次我和那帮损友是从吉兰丹出发到吉隆坡，然后再转机飞往泰国曼谷。而这趟来回呢也不过RM100,四趟航班呐～ 便宜吧？

既然是来到了吉隆坡，那当然是要与姐妹会会面，虽然这不是这篇文章的重点，但是也来几张照片让大家歇歇，免得听我啰嗦。

这也算我第一次在没有老爸老妈的陪同下出国背包旅行，所以也是很兴奋的。当然这是先也是做了一点准备功夫，包括了如何去酒店 ，要去的旅游景点，当地的公共交通，等等...幸亏当地的设备还蛮好的，因为一趟去我们也是临时，在出发的前一天才做功课，之前其实有大略阅读了相关的资料，但不小心被粗心的我弄丢了，不过总算还是大功告成了。

所以这里我向大家推荐一个 不错的android apps, 各位有smartphone的朋友可以在market或play store 里下载。

 这个apps里有很多蛮有用的资料可以供参考，至少让我这种临时抱佛脚的旅客也不会不知所措，就连要搭什么样的巴士或交通工具也有列出来。

当然在泰国如果你也像我们一样想体验当地的公共交通工具又或者想省钱，这张MRT,BTS图也是必备的, 可以google更详细的，不过一下这张也因该够了


蓝色的是MRT(SUBWAY),青色的都是BTS（浅的是sukhumvit line;深的是silom line),而红色的是airport link,个人觉得蛮省钱的，是麻烦了点要转站，但是从机场搭去我们的旅店也只需要6令吉马币（主：现在亚航因该还是使用suvarnabhumi airport,但是听说迟些会有所更改）

我们的酒店就在sam yan(mrt) 和 Sala daeng (bts)这两站之间， 到了mrt站（sam yan)只需要步行不到5分钟的距离就到了，记得每个站都会有不同的出口，是通往不同的地方，不要弄错了。这些地下出口也可以让你避免日晒和交通。

也顺便介绍我们这次背包旅行的旅店---- Take a nap

价钱非常实惠，当然旅店的员工也非常亲切，也不需担心沟通的问题，因为他们都懂得以英语对话。如果你觉得那么便宜的旅店因该装潢普通，设备无法媲美其他的大酒店吧？那你就错了，Take a nap算得上是麻雀虽小, 但是绝对是五脏俱全。

在我们check in了旅店之后当然是往我们的第一站----唐人街 出发。

在这里提醒大家，去唐人街呢，最好的方式当然是搭德士了。搭德士千万不要再旅店的门口搭，但如果您觉得不贵的话也ok。我们选择了离旅店2分钟距离的巴士站前面搭德士。记得要坚持走meter,去到唐人街通常少于80baht. 如果想要乘嘟嘟车就得杀价，没杀价是大约100baht.

其实就一整晚的吃吃喝喝，但是很后悔的是当天真的吃得太饱了，结果没尝到当地的海鲜。如果大家有做功课就应该知道当地有很出名的‘红军’和‘青军’海鲜档口，不认识路？没关系，只要你一路直走就会看到很多人聚集在那吃海鲜。一个档口站着全部穿着红色‘制服’的员工，而另一档则是全绿色的，非常容易辨认。

吃饱喝足了那当然是回家了，但是我们几个因该是‘饭后乱性’，居然有德士不搭，选择走路回去，这些是路途中边走边摄下的，最主要的是，老天还很应景的下雨了...
